California AB 1825 Sexual Harassment Compliance Training
Assembly Bill 1825 makes sexual harassment training prevention mandatory in the state of California. Employers with 50 or more employees must provide two-hour sexual harassment training for supervisors at least once every two years. While current laws prohibit sexual harassment, the bill is the first of its kind in the state to implement preventative measures intended to help eliminate the problem.
Training Advisor provides comprehensive, web-based employee training specifically developed to help companies comply with the provisions of AB 1825. The training provides California-based businesses with an interactive and easy-to-use program that educates supervisors and subsequently minimizes their legal exposure to costly sexual harassment claims.
