California AB 1825 Interactive Training Solution
How It Works
Training Advisor's AB1825 Harassment course engages participants by using eleven pre-timed audio slide shows to introduce topics in an interesting and non-intrusive way. Our AB1825 course reinforces key lessons with interactive questions that must be resolved before participants are allowed to proceed, ensuring they participate throughout the learning experience.
Once each slide show has been completed, the trainee can move at their own pace, engaging in several real-life scenarios and follow-up questions to further educate on sexual harassment. While AB 1825 states the training must last two hours, it does not need to be completed in two consecutive hours. For example, our program allows employers to split the training into two convenient one-hour sessions.
Each section displays a progress bar, showing how much training has been completed and how much remains. At the conclusion of each section, a book-marking feature allows participants to save their progress and pick up where they left off once they are ready to resume training.
Upon completion of each training section, the trainee will be given the opportunity to either contact an HR expert at Training Advisor or select the “Understood” button which documents their completion and comprehension of the section.
The Learning Management System
AB 1825 states that each supervisor’s training must training must be tracked and documented. Training Advisor's Learning Management System (LMS) allows clients to easily track and view reports on individual employee training records and to schedule re-training.
An employer’s particular sexual harassment policies are covered in the final step of the AB 1825 course. After completing the section, trainees can print the policy and a receipt of understanding. Their completion is documented and can be tracked in the LMS system.

Training Advisor also provides a customer service representative who can answer questions and help the client in pulling these valuable reports.
